[heathkit] hw16

the coil size might be a 10.999 mico henery 1 X 10 to the -6 I guess I got in a hurry in answering your email.the caps in the circuit are the same 47 pico fared and it also connected to the grid of the tube which puts out 125 volts and your tube puts out 100 volts the rf coil also Is attached to the 40meter  switch on both radios. looks like the same type of circuit. but again not knowing the values of the coils makes it difficult and really guessing. mabey it would be better for me to wait and buy another hw16 for parts. I am begening to think that it?s the way of old radios. hi hi

Yea, all the manuals went up in smoke off BAMA.

I will look to see it I have them.

Alan

P.S. I would love to send you the right coil.
Is a picohenry the same as a picofarad? 1X10 to the negative12, in scientific notation??
