I Googled "Heathkit IO-14" and found many sites offering manuals in the $10-25 range.

 

Modern scope probes use a BNC connector into the scope but you can buy a BNC to 4mm wander plug adaptor or make your own adaptor - depends on the type, size and spacing of the front panel input connectors.

 

I collect the Heathkit SB series units for use in my ham radio station but do not have any of their test gear.
