[heathkit] zero beat



So,

The rx-mod pot allowed you to set your TX up AND use the RF Gain wide
open.

So, that would be what? a fixed Resistor in series and open to
experimentation.? I do have one, I think. I have many 10 watt 1.2K
resistors.

You are right My sigs are loud.

I could use the XTAL calibrator as a reference signal.

All tubes are now NOS except the 6EA8 (2 of).

I have one 6EA8, but it unbalances the RX and causes it to go nuts.

The only real variables are a STBY switch and the contacts on the dowkey
relay. I guess the tube I need is another NOS 6EB8.

I guess I am dreaming up an order.
