Hi there

Barend Hendriksen have a 10631 which they claim is a 10231 which is a higher speed version of the 10131.

You might also look at the MC10H131 which is a more up to date pin and function compatible version of the MC10131.Farnell UK have the MC10H131 in stock for £4.35 + P&P + VAT and they take credit card orders but may require a minimum order value of £25 - £30.
