I'm getting a message that all ftp ports are full - for the past 24
hours or so.  Has anyone else seen this, or is the problem at my end?  I
tried installing freeftp, tinkering with the IE6 settings, but no joy.

Suggestions appreciated.

Are you using an FTP program to get the files ?  That is usually the
only way that you can get those files.
